All products and services offered by QYK Care are digital in nature, including but not limited to Extended Warranty, Accidental & Liquid Damage Protection Plans, and Value-Added Services (VAS). These are delivered electronically via:

Email (to the registered email address), and/or
SMS (using a shortened secure link sent to the registered mobile number)

No physical product is shipped, and hence no shipping charges or delivery timelines apply.
