What’s Not Covered
Theft, loss, or misplacement
Pre-existing damage before plan activation
Unauthorized repairs or service from non-certified centers
Cosmetic issues: scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.
Display/demo units, absolute/discontinued products, imported devices, and grey market units are not eligible
Intentional or negligent damage
- Wear & tear or consumables (like batteries, filters, accessories)

Activation & Validity
Must be activated on the day of purchase
In case of loan-linked mobile devices: activation allowed within 7 days of SIM activation
ADLD cover begins from invoice date
EW cover begins after OEM warranty ends
Valid for selected tenure: 1, 2, or 3 years from end of brand warranty
Need to Know
Only new devices with valid, comprehensive OEM warranty are eligible
Plans are non-transferable once activated
Device invoice value must be ₹7,000 or higher
