This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made from:

Nature of Products

All QYK Care products are digitally delivered services (such as Extended Warranty, Accidental Damage & Liquid Protection, and Value-Added Services) that are non-tangible, electronically distributed, and non-returnable once activated. Delivery is done via email and secure link (SMS), and includes a unique Membership ID.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation is only allowed before activation of membership (i.e., before issuance of membership ID or delivery of digital assets).

  • Once the membership ID has been generated or any service has been utilized (including Value-Added Services or protection plans), cancellation is not permitted.

  • To request cancellation, email us at care@qykcare.com within 7 days of purchase, providing:

    • Payment receipt or order confirmation

    • Customer name and contact number

    • Reason for cancellation request


Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible in the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payment: If you are charged more than once for the same transaction.

  2. Technical Error: Where service delivery fails due to internal processing errors.

  3. Unfulfilled Services: Where the product/service is not delivered due to valid system failure or rejection during verification.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Any product or service (plan/VAS) has already been activated.

  • The refund request is made after 7 calendar days from the date of payment.

  • The Membership ID has been shared with you and services are deemed active.

  • A Value-Added Service (VAS) has been booked or partially availed.

  • There is a delay due to customer’s non-responsiveness or failure to provide required information.


Refund Process

  • Email your refund request to care@qykcare.com along with the transaction details.

  • All requests are processed within 5 working days.

  • Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • QYK Care is not responsible for bank processing delays.


Customer Responsibility

  • Customers must provide accurate details while purchasing the plan.

  • The membership number is unique and must be securely stored.

  • QYK Care will not be responsible for misuse or sharing of this unique code with third parties.
